Delivery was swift, problems with product still not resolved.
We contacted walking sticks on line, initially by a telephone call and followed it up with an e mail on 31 May because the quality of the stick is poor and has collapsed once due to the poor construction. Thankfully when being used as a stick not a seat. We were told on the phone that either a replacement stick of the same make or an alternative would be sent however we have heard nothing. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to my e mail.

Superb product(S)
I have recently bought an extra long adjustable walking stick with anatomical handle and a wrist strap and am absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of both items. I had been told that my previous stick was the correct length for me but was not convinced and my new one helps me to walk in a much more upright manner.

One point - I bought the folding handbag stick which is proving very useful, although you do need a pretty big bag. It would be helpful to be able to buy a cover for the folded up stick, something like the covers you can get for a kindle. Any thoughts on this?

Walking away with brilliant service and products
I recently bought a walking stick from Walkingsticksonline and have to say the whole experience was fantastic.Brilliant produces and as for service 5star no problem.Even the delivery of my cane was fast ,2days and the delivery said it would be there at 8-50 to 9-50 and it was on doorstep at 8-55.
In summing up can't recommend this company enough.

Excellent hiking pole - really efficient delivery service
Green hiking pole arrived really promptly and was exactly what was needed as a pair to the one my elderly father already had to help him balance better when walking. He was impressed with the instructions on best way to adjust height etc.

The service and delivery were great. The process was easy from start to finish. Unfortunately the product is rubbish. The walking stick was marked on the second day, and now looks like it has been used for years. Will be needing a new one soon, but it won't be from here. My last one lasted years.

Answer to a big problem
My husband fell and broke his precious 50 year old blackthorn which he had since serving with an Irish Regiment. He was devastated. So as it is his birthday today, I decided to buy him a new blackthorn with which he is absolutely delighted. He is a very happy man!

Great walking stick - stylish and practical.
It's nice to find a walking stick that does the job it's supposed to but which also looks good, more like a stylish accessory than a disability aid. It's very light and the handle is very comfortable to hold, and hooks conveniently over things when needed. The rubber ferrule is a bit small, but I ordered a spare one which is bigger. Very happy with it! It was promptly delivered by courier with no problems.

Not Three Bad!
Easy ordering process, once discounts checked and free delivery agreed, excellent value.
Sticks delivered quicker than expected and carefully packed.
Only niggle is the delicate finish of the product "Mahogany Crutch Handled Walking stick" which marks easily when dropped - perhaps this is because the very fine finish was new & perhaps not fully cured - otherwise excellent
