GREAT SERVICE

Ordered Wedding Invitations with RSVP Cards. Was initially disappointed as RSVP Cards had the wrong date. But I am impressed with how quickly this was rectified and also how quickly my emails were answered. The Invitations are a lovely quality and even though we had the initial problem I would use this company again. I have given a 5 start rating as it's nice to know that when a mistake is made they have done everything they can to rectify as quickly as possible.

These dresses are fantastic! I ordered them in a 'Cadbury' purple colour with a white belt. Not only are they beautiful, they were made to fit my bridesmaids' measurements and are a great fit. They are well-made with high quality materials and a clipped internal structure for a better fit. What I am most impressed with though is the email contact from Vponsale, making sure the order was exactly as I wanted, and the speed with which they arrived. Four high-quality dresses in under 3 weeks! I would definitely order from Vponsale again, thank you so much!

ANOTHER fantastic dress

Well, I first bought my bridesmaids dressed off this website for my wedding last October as I left them to their own devices and they found this gem of a website. The dresses were of exceptional quality and a superb fit, so as I am going to be a guest at a rather up market wedding this May, it was the first place I thought of going, considering the amount of compliments that my previous purchases had garnered.

The selection is amazing, the colours and fabrics available are second to none, the standard of manufacture absurdly fantastic for the price and above all (which is very important to me) the customer service is second to none.

I am a wheelchair user and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, coming up with a few little adjustments to make it much easier for me.

Although the dress was under £100 I actually consider this an investment piece, as it is NOT the kind of stuff that you will see on the high street and nothing seems to be too much trouble to accommodate.

My daughter is going to her senior prom soon - no guesses as to where we will be getting her dress from!

I will definitely order from this company again. I got my wedding invitations from vponse and I couldn't be happier I must have changed the wording at least 5 or 6 times and they were glad to help. They were in touch with me everyday. All around excellent service.

I ordered from vpon sale but was a bit cautious since the recommentations were not 100% positive.
When the result came I was so happy!!! They delivered the dress on time, two weeks after i ordered it (Cyprus shipping) and it was delivered by a courier (signed). The dress was a bit long but it was my mistake since i confused inches with cm when i was writing my height. I provided my exact measurements and the dress was exactly fitted to me.

Wedding Invites

I ordered Wedding invites and went through many changes and alot of communication we confirmed the order and had the invites made, however when I received them I was heartbroken as the purple ones were perfect however the blue ones were fadded and dull, not the bright amazing blue the website was showing. I sent an email to let customer service know what had happened with the colour, I did have to wait over the weekend to hear back but by Monday they had responded asking for pictures and offering me my money back. I needed the invites so I did provide them with pictures and I asked them to send me the right colours and they worked with me to get the right colour for my invites the only issue I have is they do look a little faded but over all Im Happy with my invites and would recommend them to a friend as they are cheap and they did respond to all my concerns.

A beautiful dress for an end of an Era!

The dress was for my daughters Year 9 Prom. I must admit when I ordered the dress initially I was apprehensive but the customer service/responses I received was without question excellent and efficient. The size of the dress was perfect, I gave them the measurements and hoped it would fit and it did! My daughter looked stunning and she received so many compliments about her dress it was untrue.

I have ordered dresses from other internet sites (China) before and been very disappointed but Vponsale delivered the correct goods at a high standard.

Superb bridesmaids dresses

I bought three bridesmaids dresses, initially just one as I wanted to be sure that they were as good as they looked. First dress arrived quicker than promised and the quality was great so I ordered the other two, which also arrived quicker than promised. I ordered standard dress sizes but they quickly came back to me with the measurements and asked if I'd like them made to measure (at no extra charge), that was a great service because the ladies are obviously not standard proportions. The dresses were superb and fitted perfectly. I thought they were great value and more importantly the ladies are all delighted. I am more than happy with the quality and service form VPOnsale.

Don't purchase from this company.... EVER!!!!!

In the beginning of the order, I thought the company was pretty decent. The pictures were great. Somehow I knew that I shouldn't order my wedding gown with them. THANK GOD!!!! I instead ordered my sister's gown and my second wedding dress with them. The order went through as planned. They even gave me back twenty dollars after I had told them that I had placed another order and both came up to two hundred dollars (they were running a special $20 off $200). Everything was going smoothly until they lost one of the orders. Well, I was angry because my wedding was about two weeks away. They, however, assured me that I would get it in time. I began checking on the rest of my orders, starting with my second dress, which they did not advise me had been shipped. Instead, they advised me when it was about to be abandoned by UPS, I caught UPS, thankfully, in the knick of time. But to my dismay, instead of receiving both dresses it was only one, which meant that I had to go through the same anxiety process of having to wait on the other, and it's not like I could call them and talk to someone, no, you have to go through email! What kind of customer service is that? Well, I asked them to give me a status of my order. Imagine having to ask a company to update you on the status of your order when they should be giving you that information the minute they send your things out. At least every other company does it! Well, to my shock and horror, I found out that my last package WAS ABANDONED!!!! Everyone out there, a word to the wise is sufficient. Don't be cheap. Spend your money at trusted places where you have done business with before. If you find a place that is not familiar to you, don't trust it!

P.S. Don't expect any fancy packaging either. They pretty much wrap your dress up and put it in a paper bag. Also, make sure you have a second seamstress handy as well. Chances are you will have to do some serious altering.

a trustworthy website

The dress was fantastic! It arrived in great time so I had time to try it on. It looked great on and the colour was lovely. My only criticism is that it was a bit long (that could be my fault with the measurements) and that towards the end of the evening there was some wire in the bust area that was beginning to poke through the fabric and dig into me.
Other than that, it was a great dress and I would buy from this site again, definitely!!

stunning dress

I have received the dress. The dress was the colour that i hoped it would be. When buying an item by a web sight you some times don't get what you order but although the dress still needs a few touches to fit me perfect, i am very happy with my purchase. i will now use this site again for my next occasion.

Do not use this Company

Oh how I wish my daughter had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before placing an order with VPonsale. She ordered a prom dress which, given the price and location in China, we should have know would end up being a disaster.

Her dress was the right colour and style (it seems as though we may have been lucky there), but the fit is dreadful - it hangs off at the back and sweeps the floor by several inches. The website says that if they make it wrong, you get a full refund. But that is not true. You will just get an email saying that they checked the details and have made it correctly. They even claim that dresses are supposed to sweep the floor. It is your word against theirs and as they have your money, which puts them in the driving seat. The customer service is non-existent. If it were the UK, we would have consumer rights and I would take legal action.

Have you noticed how every single complaint on this website has received the same standard reply? Do they actually do anything about the complaints? I doubt it. PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would rather pay more in the UK and have my consumer rights against faulty goods.

Dress didn't fit and badly made

I ordered my daughters prom dress from here, it came and was badly made and a terrible fit, the straps at the back were very loose and the drew looked awful. I returned the dress for a refund and after chasing them to see if it had arrived and then chasing them again as they said it goes to quality control was told they will only give me back half the money. Still disputing this with them, avoid this company.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Just as described in the pictures and with a really luxury fabric. This dress is really awesome...the details are delicate, every stitch is perfect. The material is beautiful, silky and falls perfectly to the floor...I ordered it in champagne and the color is gorgeous, even with the silver details.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I bought what I thought would be a stunning dress for my prom. I couldn't have been more wrong. They first emailed me saying that they didn't have the colour in the picture and to choose another one. When I did, it was a completely different colour than ordered, they had changed the style of the dress (the strap was full beads, they put awful fabric flowers with a few odd beads here and there.) when I complained they made the excuse that they wanted it to make it look "more beautiful" so they took it apron themselves to change it, and then they argued that the difference in colour was merely a colour variation from monitor to product. Not to mention the quality of the dress was unacceptable with the whole strap completely fraying. I have been, and currently still am disputing my entitlement to a refund, they are merely trying to find every excuse under the sun not to give me a refund, saying they will only give me half, and having the cheek to say that it is not fair on them that they made it and now I'm demanding my money back!!! I wish I read the reviews first and known to have stayed as far away as possible from this company! It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I strongly advise everyone not to go near it IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful when ordering from this company

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter, sent in the required colour sizes etc and were then told the dress colour wasn't available. So we chose a different colour as requested.
The dress colour was different from the colour on the photograph and wasn't what my daughter wanted. The feel of the garment was also cheap and 'felt' poor.
I asked if the dress could be returned for a refund as the colour wasn't as shown and because of this and the fact it felt cheap too, my daughter couldn't wear it. The refund request was refused with the reason, "We won't give a refund if you just don't like it".
Poor service, poor quality and once they have your payment, you're not going to get it back even if they didn't have what you requested in the first place.
Avoid.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND SIX WEEKS IN!!!!

Andrew James Patrick Leaver wrote a review and MINE WAS EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!! I ordered the same dress and the same color, I am a size 8 and the dress was huge on me, it gathered poorly at the front, the back of the dress was also poorly constructed with hook and eyes (very old way of attaching straps)!!! But this wasn't half of it, I then had to call their company in China countless times to request a refund of the £102, which was over six weeks ago and I still haven't received any refund for the garment or the £16 I had to pay to send the garment back to China. I would hate anyone else to go through the experience I am having with this company, I only wish I had visited review sites such as this one before I bought the dress! Although the people working for the company are extremely friendly in emails and on the phone I still haven't got hardly anywhere with the process of a refund!!!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! MISERABLE EXPRIENCE!

I order from this company almost 2months in advance..Only to recieve my order 2weeks before my event...AND ITS THE WORNG DRESS!!! After sending countless emails back and forth asking VPONSALE to confrim my measurments and correct dress being sent..they still manage to mess up my order! It takes up to 2days to get a reasponce from them they are never clear with there emails as much as you try and walk them through step-by-step orders they dont understand and dont have any empathy to your situation. Now it less than 2weeks for my event..I have no money because im still waiting for my refund.No one yet to answer back from my email on to when i should expect to reviece my MONEY!!! I will write on every review i find to let people know what an awful company this is!!! Brilliant! I don't see what the fuss is about!

I ordered my prom dress from here about 3/4 weeks ago.
they kept me updated on the progress of my dress and when it would be dispatched and how the progress of the dress is going on .
There was a bit of confusion with the tracking but once that was sorted the company was brilliant .
I don't see why people are complaining about the company!

Don't order from this company!!!!

I have never had such a horrible experience and I still haven't even received my dresses. The customer service with this company is the worst. Trying to contact them is almost impossible, and when you do they just apologize and lie to you... I was given so many stories about where a supervisor was and then they just put someone on the phone that promised that my dresses would be here by April 10th. A lie...

Don't order from this company if you need quality products in a timely manner, they won't deliver...

Don't Do It !!!

If you are thinking of spening money with this shower then think again.

These are the pictures of the dress they sent to us for my daughters school prom.

The dress looks nothing like image posted on their site.

The sitching on the underskirt is is skewed resulting in a bad fit.

The straps at the back don't sit flat to the back. In fact the straps at the back don't actually work at all as they are sewn on incorrectly.

Even the catches at the end of the straps are unevenly sewen on

The rouched finish at the front is messy and looks nothing like the image shown.

We provided them with the measurements as stated on the website and gave them a delivery date in line with the prom event.

The garment arrived two days late.
It was packaged in the tiniest plastic bag crushed into a ball and creased to within a half inch of it's life.

The bottom half of the dress was too small.

The top half too large. The model in the pictures below is my wife who is a size smaller than my daughter and the dress is tight on the hips even for her.

The bust is way in excess of the measurements given, more suited to some artificially enhanced glamour model.

Overall the quality of the garment is extremely poor, it doesn't fit and the after service atrocious as they accept no liability for the finish of the garment. It's only slightly better used as rag.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

You won't get it back.

There'll be no named contact to deal with and you'll be out of pocket even more by the time you have paid return packaging, not had your refund AND STILL had to buy another dress.

This company are not interested in quality or customer service. If you want to be ripped off though then go ahead.

I do love the dresses and they are beautifully made

I have just received my dresses so many thanks for doing that so quickly. Three of the dresses had labels but three didn't so its only three people we need to figure out, I am sure it will be fun making them try on the different sizes. :0)

wrong dress sent... colour , style and size. After days of emails and phone calls they eventually replied and asked if I could send dress back as they sent my dress elsewhere. Sent dress back to china at a cost of £17 still havnt had a refund made a claim with paypal, their response was I can have my money back if I cancelled the claim with paypal! Do not use...
