Venere ti segue passo e passo e ti tiene per mano fino all'arrivo.
Ho conosciuto anni fa questo sito tramite mio cognato. Volevo portare i miei due figli adolescenti a Londra ma non volevo rivolgermi ad una agenzia di viaggio: volevo poter scegliere liberamente! E poi, Venere mi ha permesso e mi permette di visionare l'albergo, di garantirne l'affidabilità, di poter annullare o cambiare la mia prenotazione senza penali e poter pagare solo al mio arrivo.
Insomma, mi trovo bene da anni e...perché cambiare?

PERDIDA DE CONFIANZA EN EL SISTEMA DE RESERVA
He efectuado varias reservas hoteleras mediante VENERE, quedando siempre satisfecho, es una empresa seria. También he ocupado a Booking y TripAdvisor, siendo mi preferida VENERE, porque no exige adelanto.
NO OBSTANTE, debido a los delincuentes informáticos, el sistema de reservas mediante tarjeta de crédito es MUY INSEGURO. Digo esto porque como se entregan todos los antecedentes de la tarjeta, incluido los tres dígitos de seguridad, en mi último viaje a Italia (Octubre/02) clonaron mi tarjeta y la utilizaron para compras a través de Internet, ´por más de US $ 9.000. NO VOLVERÉ A OCUPAR ESTE SISTEMA DE RESERVA. Sugiero idear otro sistema, como transferencia electrónica de un % de la reserva o NO exigir el código de seguridad. De no efectuar cambios les disminuirá vuestro mercado, porque la delincuencia seguirá actuando.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, kundenunfreundlich! Sehr enttäuschend!
Storno- per e-mail und telefonisch- eines Zimmers ( von 2) wurde komplett ignoriert, nur falsche Zusagen- Aussagen. Ein Mitarbeiter ( sehr unfreundlich) legte sogar einfach auf ( telefon) . Nach dritten Anruf bezgl. Storno wurde einfach gesagt - wird erledigt, kein Problem- wieder warten auf e-Mail Betätigung - nichts kam- Große Überraschung dann im Hotel: es wurde von venere nichts weitergeleitet / storniert- ERGO: wir mussten 149€ für eine Nacht für das " angeblich niemals stornierte Zimmer " bezahlen!!! NIE wieder werde ich über venere.com buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen bzw. Jedem davon abraten!!!

sehr schönes Hotel, zuvorkommender Service, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück
die Zimmer sind nicht all zu groß aber sehr sauber. Neue Duschen und der Clou das ins Waschbecken eingebaute Bidet.
Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hierher.
Für alle Venedigreisende ein Tipp:
Auto in der Garage am Piazza Roma lassen und nur 1 Gepäckstück pro Person mit nehmen, dann eine Fahrkarte für die Linee di Navigazione Actv kaufen für alle Tage in Venedig, so können Sie alle Zeit mit den Schiff fahren.

si e no....
ho prenotato diversi hotel con venere e a volte non ho avuto nessunissimo problema tranne due volte che hanno inciso negativamente sulla mia opinione su venere .. vi racconto brevemente l'ultima esperienza dei primi di aprile prenoto un hotel a roma mi presento in serata e non c'era nessuno chiamo e richiamo ma nessuna risposta.. venere non ha saputo aiutarmi in nessun modo e per farla breve ho dovuto cercare fino alle undici di sera un hotel che poi ho trovato e per una sola notte mi è costato 130 euro a differenza dei 60 che avrei pagato l'altro... è la seconda volta che mi succede nonostante mi è arrivata la mail di conferma della prenotazione come si spiega una cosa simile??? posso ancora fidarmi o rischio di rimanere senza camera e fino a che mi succede in italia ma fuori????

Frileux au départ mais indispensable maintenant
Comme l'indique le titre j'avais eu une mauvaise expérience avec une réservation sur un autre site où le prix standard d'une chambre affichée sur place à l’hôtel était bien inférieure à ce que j'avais payé sur ce même site !
Puis j'ai essayé Venere.com et je n'ai pour l'instant pas encore été déçu. Un rapport qualité/prix qui me convient parfaitement avec des réservations aussi bien en Europe que plus loin au Vietnam.

Yo suelo reservar las vacaciones a traves de esta pagina, porque te permite en la mayoria de las ocasiones cancelar la reserva si te surge algun problema o tienes que cambiar las vacaciones in ningun tipo de recargo.
Salvo en uno de los hoteles, ha coincidido la informacion publicada en la web, es decir coincidencias fotos, localización y tipo de establecimiento.
Puede que lo unico que no me guste es que en las habitaciones dobles no especifiquen si son habitaciones con dos camas o con una sola cama, pero la ventaja es que en el campo observaciones pones que si no cumplen los requisitos que quieres te avisen para cancelar la reserva, y realmente a mi me han avisado, y he cancelado sin problemas

FIABLE, SERIEUX, SIMPLE, LE MEILLEUR POUR MOI !
J'ai réservé des dizaines de fois des hotels et des chambres d'hotes à l'étranger avec Venere. C'est parfait, conforme aux prestations indiquées, sans jamais avec eu de mauvaises surprises.
L'idéal c'est que l'on avance aucune somme d'argent, et l'on peut annuler sans frais la plupart du temps.
De plus il est noté par les utilisateurs, les commentaires sont justes.
Je le recommande les yeux fermés !

Lack of Contact !!!!
I booked through Venere and was told (and have in writing) that I would pay for the accomodation booked direct to the Hotel in euro's. I then found Venere had taken the accomodation cost from my bankcard. All attempts to get Venere to explain this to me have failed. I just can't seem to get hold of anyone from Venere - anyone have the same problem or could a rep from Venere please contact me??

why do you refuse to publish criticism on so called "hot deal" hotels ?
I booked via Trivago website, that re-sent my reservation procedure to Venere.
It was the famous saga of the Hotel Edelweiss in Murren (or Muerren) in Switzerland. You published beautiful pictures of a suite-style hotel and you advertised me with a sentence that you frequently use in your advertisements: "hot deal" . This sentence I found in so many of your advertisments that it weakens its meaning: The more you use this sentence, the less it means.
Edelweiss was not a hot deal for us. Rooms were narrow and they were not the picture you published. The picture is one of the large suites (there are 4 on the second floor)
For our double narrow room the price was crazily expensive 300 Franks per night, not mentioning the local tax which is another important amount. I seriously and honestly wrote an objective description of the situation of this hotel, which is overrated (three stars superior, words do not mean nothing: Superior sounds as a honorary title for such a simple family-run pension. I wrote to you twice, in english and even in Italian. You never published my opinion, albeit critical against the hotel . As you only publish amazing comments from some gustes, it appears clearly that you trigger and choose the good opinions and discart the critical ones.
I even wrote TRIVAGO in Germany to ask you to publish my negative opinion against Edelweiss,. they wrote me and confirmed they intervened and asked you, but you kept to display only amazing and marvellous comments by some chosen guests rating this Edelweiss hotel at the top with full scores.
I do not think this is serious.
Another problem I faced with your payment systems is that you often do not take the payment of non-Euro currency areas immediately. So you display the rate of the room today in Euro, but then I am told by your system that I shall pay directly in the hotel (therefore in Franks in Switzerland or in Zloty zhen in Poland)
this system is not transparent:
if you fix a price in Euro, your customer must pay to you in Euro directly to you. It is not a commercial fair practice to leave the customer in the risk of floating change rates. For this reason I am adressing to go to other brokers (with olotels I payed the Swiss or Polish hotel directly to olotels.com in advance and in Euro, so I perfectly know the exact budget I was paying on before going to the hotel)
Last, you do not publish the size of the room as booking.com or others do. Words often have no meaning: "Triple" room can be a narrow 20 meters and 3 persons sleeping in such a tough "camping" area are not confortable. Fantasy of names of hotels have no limts: so one of your hotels can display a "hot deal" queen room (regina ? what does it mean ? the wife of a king would not sleep in 12 square meters with her husband., when feet are almost touching the cupboards..) and "junior suite" could easily be a narrow 16 square meters room : in the honest calculation of the surface the bathroom and corridors and cabina-armadio must be excluded.
therefore I do not have a good opinion about your company.
Even if I go directly to the websiteds of the hotels themselves (for example the Avenida which is a luxus hotel in Barcelona) I find rates much lower that those you publish.
So your company should seriously make a deep reflexion on its future strategy, because the brokering hotel market is fuller of your competitors and you need proving your added value.

great site especially for hotels in Italy
I find it very convenient for stays in Italy and Uk. However, sometimes, it lacks choices for some other countries like Netherlands. I like they way you can search in different areas and information has always been correct. Confirmation is instant. It's the first site I check when I want to look for lodging abroad.

E' un sito che offre innumerevoli offerte. Ho prenotato alberghi per la Sicilia, la Svezia, la Norvegia, la Danimarca, la Spagna, il Portogallo, l'Olanda e alcune altre destinazioni italiane. Mi sono trovato sempre ottimamente e pur pagando poco, o comunque un prezzo adeguato, posso dire di aver trovato sempre strutture adeguate.

Einfach, Übersichtliches Portal
Ich nutze Venere speziell für Italien Buchungen. Es gibt hier echt die besten Preise.
Manchmal vermisse ich weitere Details zur Unterkunft und zur Umgebung.
Auch wäre eine persönliche Speicherung von Favoriten nützlich.
Aber ansonsten alles supi.

I LOVE and depend upon Venere.com and its valuable reviews and photos for my serious trips abroad!
In 2007, we took an extended family visit abroad, with each of us choosing our fave cities. I, the usual travel planner, set out to put it all together. It was time-consuming, of course, because I am very particular and had a lot of different wishes to fulfill for members of my family who ranged in age from 15-83 at that time!
Venere provided everything I needed to arrange reservations for hotels in every city we chose to visit, and I was fairly confident that I would not be unpleasantly surprised, since Venere offered photos and reviews from hotel guests, so I could do all the research and come up with just what we wanted.
Upon arrival at each hotel, we were delighted! It was a fabulous family trip back to our favorite cities and I depended upon Venere for its fine service from providing information to actually chatting with a customer service representative for information or an occasional reservation, when I had a question about a property.
I still use Venere when I need to do extensive travel research (and make reservations) and I recommend Venere most highly...yes, without hesitation or reservation!

Une aide précieuse pour organiser un voyage
Grace à Venere nous avons réussi à organiser un voyage très intéressant et pas cher à travers la Toscane et l'Ombrie.
