It's a blast
I am very pleased with my Karcher pressure washer which is nice and compact. As yet I have not had time to use it but I am confident that it will do the task.

Faultless Performance!
Everything from logging on to order my axe to it's delivery was faultless. Ordering was easy, the price was the best I could find online, delivery was speedy as promised.
The delivery was with DPD, as soon as it was shipped I got an email with tracking details. After the initial 12 hr wait I was able to track my product online, I was given options to change delivery date or leave with a neighbour. Indeed as soon as the axe went on the delivery wagon I received a text with my 1hr delivery slot, which incidentally was duly met. Overall excellent.

You get what you ordered when you were told you would get it.
We wanted a particular kind of garden hose. The type that returns to a short length when you have used it. We didn't one with a brightly coloured hose. We searched the internet and identified the product available from Tooled-up. It was ordered, paid for and received undamaged within 48 hours. Now in use o our newly laid turf.

Great product, speedy delivery, great price
Was easy to find what I was looking for on the website and I'm a novice when it comes to DIY. My husband was really impressed with the combo-drill and accessory set I bought, even better than the ones he had been looking at. Neveragain
Mccullock selpropelled motor mower.?? I think not. After contacting Mcullock about
missing springs ect Im [stillwaiting] I found that the mower is not self propelled at all. Acording to the reviews i am not the only one to have found this fault.
Its not that simple sending it back , i just wish i had gone to another supplier in the first place.

the rotovator came not on time but before time excellent service assembly was not to bad plans for assembly could have been better . Tried the rotovator on allotment on Sunday and completed my work which would have taken two, three days of solid work to do in in as many hours . Completely sold on the handy rotovator absolutely sold on the product excellent.

not happy bunny
i was happy to see this tool eventually arrive but when i went to use it had no shoulder strap or clasp will have to use one off me old strimmer so can use it also 25 pound off cheaper on another website so thats why im not happy will not be purchasing off this company again

Unfortunately sometimes deliveries do go wrong so we offer our apologies.
We have not been able to ascertain what parts you are missing as the parts you require are not listed as being with the attachment you have ordered so we cannot send you the "missing" parts.
Our price was consistent with every other price on the internet bar one which is indeed £25 cheaper than everyone else, we cannot see how they can sell for this price as they must be selling it at a massive loss.
As we have informed you directly we will happily accept this item back for a refund.

Excellent speedy service.....
Whilst the drill has not been used in anger yet, the ordering and delivery has gone very smoothly and I believe the price paid for the Makita combi drill and accessory kit was good. I just hope it gives me son long and reliable service as it is his birthday present !!

Really impressed with Tooled Up. I receieved confirmation of my order and a report on progress and dispatch which was helpful and re-assuring. I wasn't home the first time but they re-delivered promptly and with no extra charge. I receievd a card through the letter box which allowed me to re-book by phone or using a mobile app. I could easily specify for the package to be left behind the garden gate so I didn't even need to be home. Excellent price, service and delivery. Great place to buy.

I really think that the business should specify maybe a date or and estimated time your package will arrive because I had to wait for at least 7 days mine to arrive and also had to call twice to find out where and when it was going to be here

Fantastic Service
All my order received within 2 days. Was really impressed with a text message early on the day of delivery letting me know it would arrive between 3.15pm and 4.15pm. Deilvery didn't meet an acceptable standard
Buying the product was simple delivery much less so.
Always disagreeable when you are told "our driver called and did not get a reply" when you know they are lying. Unless of course they ignored the doorbell and knocked on the door with a feather! But as no card was put through the door to confirm the driver's arrival it rather underscores the lack of honesty.
The next move was to ignore an e-mail asking for a Thursday delivery to deliver on a Wednesday when,by pure chance someone was in

The carriers website is showing that the driver carded your door, it is possible that the driver has gone to the wrong door. We have raised an investigation with the delivery company and will contact you directly when they have replied.
This particular company always tries on the next working day automatically so it is probable that this pre-empted your request and if it had failed the delivery would have been with you Thursday as requested.
This sort of problem is very rare and we would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
