Decent service.
If I was being picky I would say I received an e mail saying I had not completed my order. However when I phoned to explain that money's had been transferred transferring was informed that I had completed my order. Perhaps not as smooth as it could of been.

Fantastic Products, service and delivery times
Thank you so much to your fantastic company. I always contact Pet Supermarket whenever I need our animals food. Their service is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. They always have good stock levels, a great price and a very informative website. They keep you informed with every step from placing the order, to when it's going to be dispatched, to when you are going to receive it.
A truly fantastic company with a very high standard of customer service. Not something you receive from all companies nowadays.

A Happy Kitten !!!
I have a 10 week old kitten - Rudi and he needed to be wormed and defleaed. Got exactly what I was looking for on Pet Supermarket - a tablet for the fleas and a paste for the worms very easy to give to Rudi and it appears to have worked. Would recommend them.

Placed my order lunch time, Was delivered next day. Good that you dont have to make a big order to get free delivery, Prices are not increased to cover delivery. Would highly reccomend. Thank you pet supermarket will use you again.

Excellent service and delivery
This is my first order and I was very impressed how quickly my order was processed and delivered. However, I was a little disappointed that after I had placed my order and paid, a special offer flashed up offering me 15kg plus and extra 3kg for the same price of £44.99. Being a new customer, it would have been nice to have been offered this originally. this does of affect the excellent service received.

Excellent Service
Ordered a Frontline Spot On Fleas for one of my cats and Program Oral Fleas for my other cat. Products were delivered in good time and both do the trick. So much easier and more convenient than having to struggle taking the cats to the vet. Would recommend this site to anyone.

We no need to be overcharged for essential needs of our dog!
Extremely pleased with service and prompt free delivery when purchasing low cost items. Which makes ordering one item at a time more convenient instead of waiting until you have a bulk order that does not incur delivery charges with other companies. Will definitely look to placing our long term orders with Pet Supermarket.

Really good supplier of Pet goods
Pet Supermarket is a really good website for ordering things for your pet. I have recently used them to buy Effipro flea treatment for my dog and it was delivered very quickly and their prices are really great.

Good service & cheaper then the vets!
This is my first purchase as we have a giant dog, a large dog & a cat (who rules the house) & I was finding that the vets were simply too costly for the various regular stuff needed (de-fleaing, worming etc etc).
I made a mistake on my order which was picked up & they called me to check what I actually needed! I was very impressed (& grateful) and will be using the website again.

My pretty pets are sure to praise Pet Supermarket, me too, theyre proper splendid!.
All good but for one thing. Please ask your packers to check that lids for liquids are very firmly tightened. (or maybe the manufacturers are at fault? Perhaps seals could be fitted?)). This is the third time my order for Simple Solution etc has leaked. I saw a t v prog recently showing how parcels are treated, it seems the more of the fragile notices are applied, the more parcels are sometimes thrown about. Until this, latest order, was sent, your packing was far from good but this time, I cannot fault it, everything inside was secure. The outside of the two boxes were dry. Only when I tried to unwrap the bubble wrap did the small amount of liquid fall out of it, enough to wet the box etc. Luckily this time, there was no damage done to the other item, a fur remove sponge, but the time before, there was cat food. I phoned only to tell of what had happened, not blaming anyone. I said I really was not wanting credit, but the lovely gentleman at your customer services insisted on sending me a replacement, due today, to make up for the trouble this has caused me. I hope he doesnt get into trouble with me telling you what hes done, as a pensioner, hit by the government, I could not be more grateful to all of you. By the way, please understand Im not blaming your dispatch/delivery departmentt for what happened, just the manufacturer. Also, I must congratulate you on the emails telling customers exactly when the delivery is to be made...within an hour! That is so helpful, I am disabled and it helps me to be prepared. Absolutely brilliant service, will definitely be returning to re-order.
This was the first time of using pet supermarket to purchase a specific cat food which I cannot find locally. Navigating the website and ordering was simple. Delivery was incredibly fast and efficient. I was kept informed of the progress of my delivery down to the time and even the name of the driver. What more could anyone expect? I shall certainly be returning to re-order in the near future. Thank you pet supermarket for your efficiency.

I ordered a 15kg bag of Eukanuba dog food for my dog Alfie. I looked online with my usual local store and noticed that the price had gone up from my last order by nearly £10, to nearly £50!!!
I then searched on Petsupermarket.com and managed to get the food for £33 with the current discount that was offered on this product. Delivery said it would be up to 7 days, which was fine as i had just enough dog food left to last. It turns out that the food was delivered within a day, which was excellent.
I would definitely recommend petsupermarket.com in the future.

Once again a great service from Pet Supermarket
I had great service again from Pet Supermarket, I ordered on 9th May, and delivery was made on 10th. As always I received a text message to advise on the time my delivery was to be made, and I received my order within that time from a very courteous delivery driver. I will use Pet Supermarket again.

Trustworthy and true
We received our dog biscuits and food in excellent condition and on time. We smiled as the order arrived here in 3 different lots two parcels morning and evening and then a third the following day!! All arrived safely so that was okay.

Fast efficient purchase
