DO NOT TRUST

I'm wainting for my unlocking since more 1 month, i sent 3 emails, and i've just one answer. I have no idea why it's take so long and no one wants to answer to my question. So, sincerely, do not trust this company, there are liers and if there is a problem, they ignore you. Just a shame.

Very good service

The unlock took slightly longer than advertised - 48 hrs rather than 24 but I was kept fully aware if the situation. The service cost slightly more than other sites but was so quick and easy I'd recommend them to anyone.

Did what they said, when they said.

Iphone 4 on O2 unlocked, and set up again on a different network. No hitches.

First rate service, it all went so smoothly.

Don't look any further or waist your money elsewhere, if you need your mobile phone unlocking.

Easy transaction great communication thanks

It was easy to understand the website and pay for transaction. Email communication great so I knew where I was and had ability to check status online. Phone unlocked very quickly and I am a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend as a professional trustworthy service.

Surprisingly and funny

My iPhone was unlocked, but I fell that the time to wait was a little long. My order from 12/6 to 18/6 has ben success

it worked

I found this website after talking to an iphone repair shop... it was all quite simple and reasonably quick.

Best Net Offer and kept to time

Officialiphoneunlock was the closest i could get when cost and time matters.
Beware of site like ijailbreak.com.

Service provided exactly as announced, solution is working.

Used the paid service: worked perfectly. Service in one biz day ( as announced), phone unlocked with no problems, price was a bit higher than I had hoped for, but all in all I got the value I was looking for. Price apparently depends on carrier and model, so hopefully for other folks it'll be cheaper.

OOOOPS where was the help when I needed it

I was having a problem with unlocking my Iphone and although I requested help it did not come to fruition. Had to end up going to Apple in store for help which is now all sorted now.

Very fast

I am pleased my iPhone 5 is now unlocked to all networks. The service was very fast as it only took 3 days. However, the price is quite high to unlock from three uk network but oh well I'm happy it's unlocked!

Horrible

I paid on 11th March 2013 as a pre order for EE UK.
After a month or so I asked them to cancel my order as there was no progress but they said unlock would be available soon and I agreed.
I paid another £70 to have my phone unlocked when they said my unlock was available but nothing happened after another month and they finally said Unfortunately the update is not available and offered a refund.
I asked for a refund but they did not refund me and stopped answering my messages.
I phoned their UK number and they guy actually told me "F>>>K you" when I expressed concerns over the whole situation.
They finally replied AFTER I started posting negative reviews and refunded my money from a foreign bank and charged me for bank transfer.
IF YOU WANT TO USE THEM THERE IS NO GUARANTEE TO HAVE YOUR PHONE UNLOCKED OR A REFUND as I have seen reviews saying they have not got their money AFTER 7 MONTHS>
ONLY USE PAYPAL OR VISA TO order as YOU CAN get your money bck through them.

Lets try and get things straight shall we Seah Arad , you purchased an unlock for EE UK, that network went offline for unlocking for everyone in the world which is why we offered you a refund.
As you paid via bank transfer that is the method that had to be used in refunding.
I find it highly unlikely a member of staff would have told you "F U"
If you continue to make libellous/defamatory comments regarding our company we will have to take further action

Safe and fast unlocking service

Would recommend this service to everyone, I wouldn't risk a software jailbreak solution on an expensive phone. Ordered the unlocking service online and 4 days later my iPhone was factory unlocked!

Good service but not the best

The unlocking code for an IPhone 5 was purchased from the web site with a 24 hr turn around promise. Far from it . It was well over 4 days and no mention as to why the delay. Eventually you do get your money's worth but you exhaust your patience waiting

My iPhone 4 was bought from eBay and was already locked to carrier. With my details carrier was not able to unlock the phone. I took chance and made the payment for unlocking through this service. After making payment, I read loads of negative reviews about this service. But somehow, I had hopes.

I used to check order status almost every hour during day time. There was no change for 3-4 days. I communicated through support page and response was pretty quick. And finally, it said that unlock has gone through. I never received any email though.

Its just few hours before I unlocked phone by connecting iTunes. I ran a software update as well and its still unlocked.

I feel sorry for those for whom this service didn't work and I hope service providers will rectify their issues soon. But I would definitely recommend this service if you have no other option left and not willing to go jailbreak way or fiddle with your iOS.
