I have used this site a few times with no problems. They keep you informed at all stages. However my order this time took nearly 2 weeks to get to me, arriving in an oversized bashed up, ripped box which was disappointing. When trying to trace my delivery it stated 2 dates when it was out for delivery, both of which had long gone. Needless to say my good experience was spoiled by the courier company.
On November 29th, I ordered some things from Lookfantastic, and the next day I changed my mind. After sending them a query, about an hour passed and I received an email, saying that they had shipped my order. This email was followed by a message from Lookfantastic, saying that they were very sorry, but they couldn't cancel my order, seeing as it had already been sent. I already thought this was bullshit, but I let it slide. Today, I received the package. Ripped open and missing the most expensive item of the bunch (that I paid for), no receipt and the whole thing held together by tape and a plastic band! I have contacted LF with this issue and have yet to receive an answer of any kind. This is completely unacceptable.
Ordered the stuff I wanted and advertised on the website if you spent per a certain amount you got a free st tropes starters kit. So I bought something extra that I didn't need I spend over the certain amount, got my items not on the expected day of delivery and didn't have the st tropes kit. Disappointed as I spent extra just to get it.
I tried a lot of shopping worldwide. This is the best place for reasons which are main for me - very good quality of products - no fake! Excellent variety of things that I adore - all these cosmetics, perfumes, beautiful bottles and boxes - every time when I receive my order - I feel like a child near Santa-Claus home! Deliverytime is the best - it comes to Moscow, Russia so soon, that I didn't expect and was really excited! What else...Ah! They often give a very nice discount, it is always so pleasant. Shortly, I love LookFantastic and not gonna look for something another :)
Before getting label m products,I only knew about them from my hairdresser ,I found this website and have been trying some of the products,they are the best hair products I've used,Before with other products my hair didn't feel or looks great but now it is smooth and shiny. every time I've ordered from look fantastic it's come within three days and sometimes the next day.
I ordered some GHDs for my daughter's 40th birthday - and found that not only were they £30 cheaper than anywhere else, but I could order them in silver! Excellent! Paid on line and they arrived in the usual speedy time I have come to expect from LookFantastic. I have been a customer for about 4 years - and will continue to be so for many more years.
I have used this website for many years and so far I always even after a long wait got my items and were satisfied with it. But my last order I made on 5th October, spend£63.52 and still have not received anything. Costumer service told me to send this non-reclaim form, which I now have send for FIVE times and every time when asked if it is received I got back this obviously copy/paste reply "unfortunately we have not received your form" . None of these time I have had a mail failure or anything like this, it looks like FRAUD and they just do not want to deliver the lost stuff. I really hope someone from lookfantastic will read this and I would like to get refund from this, I am not sure I can trust to order anything else.

I have been using Paul Mitchell Daily Moisturiser Hair Treatment since 2007 with always great results. I tended to suffer from slight dry scalp and dandruff problems but this has now been banished. Hair always looks and feels good (according to Jayne, my hairdresser!). She says I look 45 to 50 years - not bad for a active 'young-at-heart' 81 year old!
Packaging and delivery superb. Would recommend LookFantastic.
I wanted to buy my mate a Kerastase gift set and found it on several other websites for extortionate prices; when I checked out 'LookFantastic' the same giftset was £12 less than any other website, so I bought two (one for my friend and one for me). They arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition and I was very happy. I would definitely use LookFantastic again, they seem to have great offers.

The service from LookFantastic would have been stirling, if i had ordered from a country other than Mauritius. I am working here on extended work contract, so not familiar with all the laws.
Since my order I have discovered that any parcels from outside Mauritius are subject to opening and assessment for possible import duties by Customs. Parcels with value up to 2000 Mauritian rupees (approx. GBP 50) and certain classes of items (eg electronics) may in fact be exempt, while other items may attract duties possibly increasing total cost by about 30% I believe. The cost of any postage or amounts paid to get the parcel to Mauritius are added to item value to calculate duties.
The major issue people should be aware of is around the quite lengthy and potentially time consuming process to receive the parcel if duties are payable. Parcels are received and held at central Post Office (PO) in the capital, and notification is sent to local PO, who deliver a notification to attend at PO. One must then decide whether to request that the parcel be opened and assessed and then delivered to your local PO without your being present by customs at central PO, or to attend with the notice to open the parcel at the central PO.
I opted to have the parcel assessed in my absence since the visit to central PO would probably take an entire day of my time. The result is that I placed my order on 11 Nov with TrakPak option, and have still not received the parcel at 1 Dec
I request that some kind of notice be placed for overseas customers in Mauritius and other jurisdictions with similar restriction to warn about possible duties and delays.
The service is excellent on LookFantastic side, regular email update, tracking efficient, and I believe the price of goods is still highly competitive even with potential duties
My choice would have still been to purchase from this site, since my own investigation found this service to be most user friendly and cost effective with a larger range of good products than at least five other sites I visited
My faithful L'Oreal Vitamino Color shampoo leaves my hair feeling soft, bouncy and nourished, protecting the colour too. I don't seem to need refreshing the colour as often as I did with other shampoos. This is the one. I definitely recommend it. As for the GHD V gold narrow stylers, they allow me to work around the shorter parts of my hair and complete the style with ease. I would recommend to anyone with short hair.

I've shopped with LookFantastic before so I knew they were good! I made my order on the 8th of this month and it was delivered to me the very next day for free using a code on their site! I was really impressed by how fast my order arrived at my house! I haven't opened it yet because it's a Christmas present for myself! Before I made the purchase I spoke to one of their team on their online chat service and they were so kind and helpful so that's another plus from me!!! My order arrived the very next day. It was well packaged in a big cardboard box. I can't fault LookFantastic. They're brilliant in every way!!! I look forward to shopping with them again!!! Keep up the good work!!! I have made four orders on the look fantastic website. The first three arrived in a week. On the fourth order, something went wrong and it never arrived. Tried to contact costumer service to find out what happened they gave me two tracking numbers that gave me no information on the whereabouts of the order. On the third email they told me I had to wait 21 days until they could consider the order was missing, I waited the 21 days then emailed again. Was told the items were missing and asked for my contact number to pass on to the courier and they told me the items were on their way. A week and a half passed and another email arrived telling me they were still looking for the order. Today I sent an email asking for a refund because I was tired of waiting (more than a month as passed), They answered me that until they receive information from the courier they would not issue me a refund.
I find this kind of treatment unacceptable, it is not my fault that the courier didn't deliver the items and I should not be forced to wait until they do find the order. I have been shopping online for quite a few years now and it is the first time that something like this as happened to me. Regret to say that lookfantastic as lost a client.
UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by the costumer service with the information I was to receive a refund for the items ordered.
Was looking for some snazzy GHD's for a birthday present and the Look Fantastic website appeared in the search with a wide choice of straighteners - bingo!

Have used this company before but forgot about them until popped up in my search for GHDs. Ordering was easy, delivery very prompt and love, love, love my new metallic silver GHDS, especially since I got them at a great price. Will be using this website more frequently from now on.
I have changed my mind after just 20 minutes after placing the order 33607244 in the middle of the might. And they only could cancel 1 item ( only because I have re-odered it), but not another one. So, in spite of the fact of cancelling, they sent it to me anyway after 15 hours next day. And now I have to pay tracking fee , which I neither have chosen, for the order I have cancelled because of the tracking fee, beyond the trouble with the returning of the item.
How it is possible not to manage to cancel the order processed in the middle of the night after 20 min after ordering and 15 hours before despatching??????
There customer service is very rigid and no common sence is present.They have deleted all our correspondence at my account so I am not able to answer them that they have to change there ordering system and make improvement at there customer service!!!! They exist only because of the customers !!!!
People believe that they have a good service- ya, .... just wait until something goes wrong!

You have to pay no matter if you did the mistake or their system does not work. I know, that I never have chosen the button with the order tracking, that gives extra costs. I discovered later when i've got the confirmation with a bigger sum that expected. Tried to cancel, and have reordered one of the items, and only this item was possible to cancel from the first order.
If your order there- no money return no matter what...
And they will feed you with "sorry"s without changing anything.

I get on really well with this product - recommended by a very particular friend. Now on container number two - the previous one lasted for ages. This keeps my hair under control and leaves a lovely shine too.

customer service has been NON-EXISTENT, and what little you can find on the facebook lookfantastic page has been conflicting at best, with tom, kieran, and bobby all telling you items have shipped, no, they have not shipped. if you're shipping overseas, DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.COM.
UPDATE: lookfantastic tells me they have sent me a message to my lookfantastic account, and asks that i log in to see that. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LOG IN to my supposedly non-existent accounts? how did lookfantastic send messages to my non-existent account??? STOP BS-ING, LOOKFANTASTIC!
I found this company on google but will definitely be shopping with them again. My shampoo was a fair bit cheaper than elsewhere, the ordering process was speedy & simple and the goods arrived really quickly & well-packaged. All in all, a pleasure - thank you.
I have ordered from this site quite a lot now and most times my experience has been pleasant. However one of my orders, a product had fallen out of a large gap in the side of the box, this problem had been resolved. I gave the company a second chance and in another order a shampoo bottle had been squashed and leaked over everything, damaging the box and leaving leaving hardly any shampoo left. The courier company that received this parcel in my country had taken photos and reboxed this before it was forwarded to me. I have sent the photos to lookfantastic but this issue has not yet been resolved (order number 32762690).
Lookfantastic is a great company and I do want to continue using them, but they seriously need to sort of their packaging. Packaging is very slack and seems like they just throw everything in a box. Everything should be bubble wrapped or something similar and tightly put in a box that is properly tapped up.
Before I ordered from lookfantastic.com I was a little bit concerned because I read all the bad reviews but I saw lots of great products I wanted to try out. So I thought I'd start with just a few cheaper things. As I live in Austria we don't have most of these products or brands like Urban Decay an so on here. Now I ordered the second time and it went all well again. I received my goods within a week and nothing was damaged or got lost. I am very satisfied with the delivery and I love this shop. I hope that it will be also like that with my future orders.
