great product and service the delivery was rapid
after searching the Internet for an ipod docking station i found the one i wanted at hifix uk and on receiving my bose system i was not disappointed the product is excellent and the delivery speed was even more impressive from ordering to it reaching my home took only 2days this review is a recommendation to others to give you the assurance you will not be disappointed with your experience with hifix uk

Simply The Best!
An excellent, all round experience. Items arrived in good time, were well packaged, and exactly as ordered. Communication was excellent, and even when order went slightly wrong (one item out of stock), HiFix simply sorted things out with no fuss or real delay. Would definitely use again!

good service great price
I rang them up ordered the item said they would e-mail later to confirm it has been dispatched, so it came as a surprise when the e-mail arrived to say there had been a delay because they didn't have any in stock.I rang them up they said they would ring there suppliers to see when they could get me one.they got back to me straight away the level of service they gave was exellent and although there was a few days delay in getting the goods I have now got the item and I am very pleased I would certainly recomend them.

Just perfect, they also helped me by phone for choosing the right item.
They offered me a in-shop like experience, with advises, reviews... They answered the mails properly and soon.
The product, Bose MusicMonitor couldn't be better. It's just what I need, need accurate sound for that size.

As good as it gets
Although I live 25 miles away I have visited the beautiful sore many times the staff are great non pushy but helpful, great range of products and you are treated as you would expect to be, my recent purchase was ordered online and was delivered the next day as promised.
I always try to buy all goods from small but friendly and helpful places like Frank Harveys, we need more dealers like this not the big boys who know nothing.

Impressive Service Delivery
Very impressed by HiFix. I ordered the goods on Monday morning and they arrived by Parcelforce the following morning. I also feel the Denon mini hifi and Q Acoustics speaker system I ordered provided a very good deal. I would certainly use this company again.

Ordering from abroad without hassle
Bought a Grade B amplifier which was perfectly allright except from a slight damage to the box. Just as I was told when I made a request.
The shipment was very fast indeed. I received the package at my address in Denmark only 2 or 3 days after ordering.

Don't worry about anything
I've used HIFX for many years, they are quick, effective and represent good value. I love the new service of paying by debit card. They keep you informed all the way. I wish they had a phone app to make it even more convenient . It's tempting when searching the Internet to use other companies as in their front pages, when you get a quote they seem to offer a better rate. Once you've logged in and opened an account this is rarely the case. HIFX offer great value for money and one of the best rates. I wouldn't use anyone else

Fantastic price and service from Hifix!
Spoke to Matt regarding B Grade kef 1005.2 and advised that box was damaged. Initially sceptical as the saving was over £270 (a saving that can't be found anywhere else on the web as far as I know) the goods turned up on the day as promised and in perfect condition. Damaged box? Who cares! They sound brilliant! Thanks hifix. Highly recommended.

good service but lack of common sense
only one order: speaker stands... 3 parts was cosmetically damaged so i asked for reasonable refund as i had stands already placed and filled up with sand. instead they send me replacement without charge. I mean: they did a great job but in final count they spend more money and energy. thats it.
its not really a fault, just lack of common sense.
However, they have act fast. good service.

Superb all round service
I cannot fault the service I received, the goods were delivered very quickly and were packaged well.
I was most impressed though by the price, ebay is usually my first port of call when looking for bargains but not any more, I will be checking out HiFix as well because they beat their competitors by a country mile on the Bose system.
