Instructions a little tough to follow but I got there in the end.

great product, great price
Easy to use site, great product at a great price. My only slight gripe is that i ordered it over the bank holiday weekend but the site still said i would receive it on the Tues and i didn't receive any subsequent communication saying that that wouldn't be the case and that it would be Weds (slight stress having to keep the kids of an enclosure-less trampoline as we had removed the damaged one in anticipation of being able to put the new one up when it arrived on the tues. Not a major drama though and would happily buy from them again.

Very good price and hassle-free service
We bought a 10ft Plum Trampoline and enclosure plus ladder and accesories. After shopping around, Fun4kids had a good price and free delivery. The email updates on delivery day were very clear so I could be home to receive it. Recommended.

Decent price great product
I spent quite a bit of time reading other people's reviews about slides they had bought as I really couldn't decide which one I wanted for my 2 year old. I took the plunge and decided that this smoby slide was the one for us! Fun4kids was the cheapest I could find this slide by about £20 so happy days. Delivery was slower than I had expected but worth a weeks wait. Easy to put together even without the help of a man!!! My daughter is made up with it. Smiles all round :-)

Good prices and helpful staff - delivery from supplier an issue
The product is great and fun 4 kids a was the cheapest place we found it by a margin. Ordering was easy, but delivery was direct from supplier (plum) and we didn't get an email or a call to tell us when they were coming so we missed them, although it said we would be contacted on in the fun 4 kids website. We then had to chase the supplier, followed by the delivery company and had no choice of re-delivery date or time. This caused us real issues with work!

Excellent products & service!
After ordering replacement parts which wouldn't fit my old trampoline previously purchased 4 years ago from fun4kids, they kindly at my request collected the items free of charge and supplied me with a new trampoline. Again I am very satisfied with the product and the service was absolutely fabulous!

Excellent in every way!
I ordered 2 neon scooters for my twins birthday. One scooter didn't work as well as the other. One email later with no quibbles I was asked to give a day that I would be in to have a new scooter delivered and the faulty one picked up. Absolutely excellent customer service. Everyone with children should use this site. Thank you so much.

ordered a trampoline which was needed for the weekend as promised it was delivered 2 days later full tracking and at no extra cost. there website is easy to use and looks good to on my experienced i would recommend.

The trampoline I ordered was out of stock so I was contacted the day after ordereing and offered the upgraded version at the same price. Despite a bank holiday weekend intervening the trampoline was delivered in five days.

Fab product, sturdy and lots of fun.
Was worried if this would take over the whole garden but because of it's natural look it just looks great. The glider is fantastic and the rope and ladder are a challenge for my climbing 5 yr old. Just wish it had a slide too, it would be more than perfect. Has to be cemented in so has taken 4 days to do, but will be worth it to know it is completely secure. Very pleased and looking forward to sitting back and watching my girl and her friends play on it over the coming years.

The delivery was quick, the communication was excellent and the overall experience was great. Would recommend. The Little Tikes Bouncy Castle was an absolute hit with my daughter for her birthday. She had a fantastic day on it and we can't wait to use it again.

Shame. A headline delivery time of 14 days became nearly 4 weeks when ordered!
We ordered a playhouse for our daughters birthday. It was a wooden one so has to be made to order. Obviously, spring is a busy time for the manufacturers which is why we ordered early. It still didn't stop the playhouse arriving the day after the birthday. My major gripe is that the delivery information is all available online, so should be a available upfront to the customer; before buying. The difference between truly great and the ordinary customer service we have received. By the way, there are other online companies where the facility described above is available!

Brilliant all round!
This company are great to deal with! I ordered Wednesday midday and the product was in my hands on Friday. I bought it to be used by my grand children when they visit as an alternative to a trampoline, which would be standing in my garden all the time. Just as it says on the box it erected in minutes, was a great success with the grandchildren and was equally quick and easy to pack away. A well made product I have no hesitation in recommending.

Disappointing
Arrived quickly and intact. Scooter is a nightmare. do not buy ! Completely hideous to put together as instructions useless. I had to have a bike mechanic check it over for safety. The brake does not work and the mechanic could not fit an alternative to the frame, He advised I return it as he could not make the brake work effectively and thus the scooter is dangerous on slopes. Sadly the company only have a PO box number and have failed to respond to my emails for a return and refund. Money badly spent! Save yours and don't buy this item.

be carefull with aftersales
I wouldnot rate your company at all I purchased a scooter 3 weeks ago and on the 1st day of use it broke I have contacted Gary a number of times but feel after his last email concerning what to try to fix it unreasonable I am nearly 70 and do not expect to purchase something that works for a few hours then brakes and then..be told to mess with the electrics, you state a phone number on your delivery note but in fact you do not take calls . What I would like is a full refund so I can go and purchase my Grandson a birthday present that works!

Disgustingly unacceptable customer service
I am disgusted that after 2 days use my sons birthday present no longer works and after 2 emails to your company nobody has got back to me to rectify the matter. This leads me to believe this company is not very professional and could well be illegitimate. I am very angry and my little boy very upset with this. If I don't get any reply from the company in the next week I will be enquiring with trading standards.

Not a good service.
I have not received my order if a sand pit. I have chased it up only to be inforned that if my SLIDE is not delivered to day to contact compoany again. I have let them know that I did not order a slide and I have not heard from them !

Poor response to parts missing. Not willing to deal with the problem and pass the buck!
I bought my Son a climbing frame. Came to build it for his surprise birthday present and was found to have parts missing. Contacted on 2 occasions asking for a phone number rather than deal through slow reply emails and got told to go direct to the company that makes the frame and delivered it direct to myself. I pointed out that I didn't in fact but it from them but fun4kids and basically trying to sort out the missing parts myself.....to very little success at present. My sons climbing frame is sat in a pile in the back garden unable to completed!! Will never buy again or deal with this company again!!

I am sorry that there were some parts missing, this particular climbing frame is delivered direct from the manufacturer, Plum so I gave you there number as it's often quicker but I did offer to deal with it for you but I didn't hear back. Great value scooters
I bought the Micro Speed V2 scooter for my daughter through Fun4Kids. She loves it. Big wheels and speed for the bumpy school run. It arrived quickly and was clearly the best value, cost + delivery. I searched for keen prices and after sales service and I can say that Fun4Kids hit the spot.
