Ordered several times and still same good service

I have been a regular customer of Dyson and I have purchased products like DC-35 Animal, DC-39 & Air multiplier from their website. They do amazing service in terms of packaging and fast delivery using 48 hours delivery system. Staff at customer service replies to the email or calls in friendly manner and they sort out things asap. Overall I am satisfied with the company, its products and services. Only thing which I find hard to believe is their prices, but once you pay, its just like investment for long term as their products rarely get damaged or stop working.

Customer service was not very helpful

Placed an order for a Dyson vacuum cleaner with Dyson directly and called the customer service to find out about the delivery details. The gentleman on the phone was not very helpful and was rushing to end the call without giving me any further details. No sure I made the right decision to purchase Dyson products! Certainly, it will have an impact on my purchases with Dyson!

Good but Are they worth the price?

I went hoover hunting not long ago, with the intention of getting a Dyson from the beginning, however i was shocked to see i could be paying up to £350 for the newest model!

Great vacuum cleaner, DC24- it sucks in a good way!

Bought this earlier in the year and has made a real difference to our home. Scary to see the dust and muck that collects in the easy to dispose container.
Like the email reminders to wash the filter too> The only downside is it is on the heavy side and therefore my other half gets me to do the vacuuming!

I like it - when it works fist time

Each year these people improve,

And they just keep getting better,

NOW the GF is struggling to keep up with the suction.

No really... I'm waiting for our old Dyson to die a death so I can justify buying a shiny new one... The damned thing refuses to give up the ghost after 9 years of forced hard labour... Even my 3 year old son didn't kill it when he pushed it down the stairs! Just all clipped back together! Maybe we'll have to try fire next!! Thank you Dyson for top quality kit... you've ruined my need to buy a new shiny model...

Overpriced for the functions

I've always had Dyson hoovers for the last 12 years but wen my last one pack in. I went into an electrical store to purchase a dyson but came out with something totally different brand, this was partial to do with price and functions against other models and the staff members recommendation.

OVER PRiCED

While Dyson are a good product i find them a little overpriced.

OMG WHAT A SERVICE

LOVE OUR VACUUM CLEANER AFTER HAVING ONE OF THE FIRST MODELS WE UP-GRADED TO A BALL UPRIGHT ONE AND AFTER USING THE OLD ONE FIRST IN MY LIVING ROOM AND THE USING THE NEW ONE I WAS SURPRISED HOW MUCH MORE IT HAD PICKED UP

Rubbish products!

Finally was persuaded away from Miele to buy a £250+ Dyson. Was ok on hard floors but picked up zilch on a deep pile carpet. Perhaps they should let you know this on their advertising!!!

But I own a vacuum & fan/heater (yes it's really both!) and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

If I can POSSIBLY purchase something and dyson make it - I will buy it

Brilliant products

Cannot fault their products. Have vacuum cleaners and heaters from them. Heater is very innovative and is an excellent product. The vacuum cleaners are brilliant, that's why other companies try to copy them. Would recommend their products without hesitation.

ive had nothing but trouble with my hoover since i bought it when it works its fantastic i have given up sending it back as it only is ever fixed for a couple of weeks

I LOVE DYSON

I'm a great fan of dyson iv still got my dyson washing machine even tho they don't make them anymore :( its about 8 yrs old and still going strong iv also got 2 dyson hoovers, dyson customer service is the best ever so polite and helpful I rate them more than 5 ***** and great engineers if ever you need a repair

Delightful to deal with

I recently purchased my replacement Dyson from Comet. I had cause to contact Dyson direct to register my vacuum and for attachments and cannot fault the friendly, efficient and speedy service I got. I received my extra parts within 3 days. The girl at the other end of the phone (I wish I remembered her name) would not go until I was sure I was happy with the help and advice she had given me. It's no surprise that this is the second vacuum we have purchased from these people in 6 years, which such a good and caring all round service.

I Have been using Dyson Vacuum Cleaners for approximately three years and love them. When I need to have repaired it was done is super quick time. I highly recommend Dyson.

BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT

ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO WE BOUGHT A DYSON HOOVER.WE WERE FAIRLY PLEASED WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE UNTIL ONE DAY WHILE HOOVERING THE HANDLE SNAPPED.I KNOW IT WAS PASSED IT'S GUARANTEE DATE BUT WE WROTE TO THE COMPANY AND COMPLAINED AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO US.

On my 3rd Dyson now, although I do think the build has gone down. Customer service is still top notch

For everything really - design, build quality, and customer care that truly is second to none. Couple years back I had a problem with my dyson. Because I live near their UK HQ, I took it in to them. A few days later they called me to collect it, and the engineer who'd worked on it came out to reception to show me what he'd done....which was pretty much a complete refurb. Although it was out of warranty, he said they could tell all the the problems were reasonable wear & tear, so they didn't even charge me! Fantastic.

I've just bought myself a Dyson and I have been very pleased with it. Dyson seem to know how to make good products for everyone to use. We've got two of their heaters in our office and they heat the space in no time. Whatever you need, check out Dyson before you buy any other product.

professional performance....really!

I help run our professional carpet cleaning company est. 1981. We vacuum every job before cleaning and every vacuum we own is a dyson. Between ease of use, performance and attachments the dysons are head and shoulders above the rest. The convenient to empty bin and hepa filtration are big factors as well!

Bought the Dyson dc26 as our home is small, if only i had saved my money.
Its very loud.... Dyson should use a Noise ating to allow customers to choose the level of noise in a product......
Dyson is very expensive in all their product, but, they really are no different than the competitors....

LOVE my Dyson

I always wanted a Dyson so when my vacuum cleaner died about 4 years ago - we replaced it with the anti-allergy/pet Dyson and now we are NOT changing! It's amazing and STILL going strong - it's bag-less which is FAB and everything comes undone so you can clean it easily.

Prices much too high

Dyson vacuums perform well for the first 2 weeks then become no better than much cheaper products.I have wasted a lot of money buying them only to be disappointed each time.They also constantly need parts replaced as they wear out quickly.Surely, as they are so expensive they should wear better ?

Great service - good site

Got a three year old Dyson but a couple of small parts broken by Wife! managed to replace just the parts for £15 - thought I was going to have to buy a new one for considerably more - perhaps that is what she wanted. Part arrived two days later so she could finish hoovering :)
