Awesome bunch of guys, great shop!
I went to the store a few weeks ago with the aim of deciding what my new kit would be. Joe, the store manager, spent what ended up being around 2 hours with me trying out different kits and snares. It was great to be able to talk to guys who love drums and give their honest opinions about different products.
One week later and I was the proud owner of the most beautiful creature I've ever seen! With so few music shops about now places like drum-stop are invaluable as they offer great personal service.
I've ordered stuff through their online store since and the delivery was really quick.
I'll definitely be using drum-stop for any future purchases big or small.

Boom.
I finally decided to buy a new drum stool after my one has finally given out on me. I found a lovely Mapex one at Drum-stop, not only was it at an amazing price but it was delivered very quickly too! Definitely would recommend getting anything here! Will definitely be using again soon!

Quality goods at a competitive price with excellent service
Although my purchase was small (two tom bags) I looked around for the best deal and this is where I found it. Not only competitively priced but quick delivery and good communication telling me what was going on. Best of all was a notified one hour time slot for delivery which meant I could arrange to receive it instead of chasing missed deliveries etc. I will be back!

A very professional and friendly business.
I was needing a crash cymbal asap which i found only at drum-stop. I was worried incase the delivery date would be too long,however I contacted the shop and they did everything they could to ensure i got it at within the next couple of days. I recieved my cymbal the following afternoon and even recieved a text telling me the specific time it would arrive.I used to be doubtful about buying drum gear online and usually stay local after recieving such a great service I will deffinetly contine to doing all my purchases there. Good quality at a great price followed by a fantastic service, A very well earned 5 stars from me.

Excellent service from start to finish!
Ordering the item was so simple. Once ordered, I received a confirmation and an estimated delivery date, (which took into account the easter weekend). I then received a further e-mail telling me the day it would be delivered - and a time slot, which spanned an hour, rather than 'AM/PM. The item arrived at my house exactly halfway through the hour slot. The whole transaction has been exceptional - many thanks for your superb service.

Recently order 3 pairs of drumsticks from drum-stop.co.uk. The sticks were reduced in price and the the order came as 1 package so only 1 lot of postage paid. The sticks arrived the day after ordering and were well packaged as to avoid damage. Email communications were very good and clear and there was also a leaflet within the package with pictures and names of the staff and a tick box to show who and checked and packaged the order.
All-in-all a well run and very professional service from these people. I will certainly be using them again and would recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble
This was the first time we had ordered from Drum Stop and I have to say I was very impressed.
There was a slight issue with the delivery, but I want to point out that this was absolutely nothing to do with Drum Stop, even so though I spoke to a guy called Ben who dealt with the situation brilliantly.
