won't think twice next time
I searched the internet for the best value for money and happened upon Dolphin. After checking it was a UK based supplier which is important to me, I decided to buy. Easy online payment, and an almost instant email confirming my purchase and explaining what to expect over the next few days. I was very impressed with the delivery options available. I got impatient and emailed Dolphin and got a very nice reply. My delivery turned up on the morning I had requested and the parcel was in excellent condition. First impressions last, this is a company you can rely on.

DO NOT TRUST THESE IDIOTS!!!!
Firstly, I am lactose intollerent so brought their muscle milk which was advertisedsquire clearly as lactose free, affter waiting in all day it arrived and there was no mention on the packaging of it being lactose free like there was on the picture so to be sure I called them and they said 'oh that flavour isn't lactose free but some others are!' when I questioned why it was advertised so they didn't explain just said sorry and they would send me a new one that was and some "samples" of other lactose free products and I would recieve them the next day. I waited in the following day AGAINTwo days later the protein arrived.... On its own!! I just ignored it and put it down to a bad company.
Then whilst away I asked my fiancé to order me some protein, unaware of the company I had problems with she ordered from dolphin fitness. Paid extra for next day delivery and waitied in for it to be delivered. She then called them to see if there was a rough time it would be in as it was the afternoon and nothing had come, the woman on the phone said 'oh yeah there's non of that flavour left, would u like something else and we can get it to you tomorrow?'
They couldn't give a crap about you, they just care about the money they are making, if you question anything they don't have the answers and if you complain they couldn't give a hoot!
I would NEVER use this company again!

Quick, easy and cheaper than anywhere else!
My son struggles to put weight on so he made some enquiries about mass gainer. Of course this can be found at Amazon, and what is more, the product can be sent out every 3 months which is handy. All went well until I spotted the Dolphin price, several pounds cheaper than with Amazon. Rapid delivery following order and some happy new customers here. Thank you.

Super quick
A friend highly recommend me this website which I never heard of. I thought I give it a try and see what is in store for me. Well... Fantastic iv had no problem using this site or making orders.. Only one thing I would like to high light is that I would prefer to have a big shopping basket symbol in one corner which shows how many item iv add in to the basket (it's just a personal preference not everybody's cup of tea) and once iv add an item a continue shopping link or something that'l take you back to shopping. The website in question was really easy to use and I had no problem browsing or making orders. Making payment was also easy and simple. I had ordered my order by 1100am and it was delivered the next day by 1030am. I was we'll impressed. I would highly recommend this site to a friend, family and I would also continue to do order products myself.

Great product at great price
I normal go to the store to order my shakes however on this occasion decided to order online. Website easy to use and very quick deliver. When you go into the store you normally get some free samples or free shaker so when I got my deliver today was bit disappointed that there were no freebies inside. Really really bad customer service after DF made a delivery error.
I ordered 3 Blender Bottles - they didn't arrive at the promised time.
Instead some days later I received a totally wrong parcel (a lot of protein powder) My order was apparently sent to Scotland - I live in Denmark. It took several mails and the trouble of sending the wrong parcel back to Dolphin Fitness before DF would send me the bottles I had payed for.
In one of the mails from DF I was told, that together with the bottles I would receive some free samples for the inconvenience. Frankly - I expected more than just free samples after they made such an error and after I had to go to my niece' birthday party without a present.
Free samples are of course better than nothing but nothing was what I got - they didn't even send the samples. Feeling rather angry I wrote back to DF about the missing samples. I got the answer that they would send them with my next order. NEXT? I don't think so. I have neither the time nor the patience to shop at DF again. Thanks but no thanks!
PS - The Blender Bottles are really very nice.

Honest and sincere recommendation

cheap, reliable with fast delivery
Half the price of anywhere else, and fast delivery. I did have my worries when ordering but it came the day i chose. holland and Barrett has good deals on build up shakes but nothing like Dolphin fitness.

Cheapest product I have found anywhere and arrived within 48 hours of placing order. Unbelievable service.
Was searching online for the cheapest place to buy Maximuscle Promax Diet. Saw it advertised on this page for £26.53, which is almost half the price found on the Maximuscle website. The order arrived at my door within two days of ordering, which is the quickest free delivery I have ever received. Noticed that the packaging was slightly different though to previous tubs I have bought so questioned whether it was too good to be true but then after looking on the Maximuscle website I saw that they have in fact changed the packaging themselves, now calling it Promax Lean as opposed to diet confirming it was legitimate. I have never written a review before but this is the best service I have received so felt I had to.
