Express delivery
I ordered a new lighting system. Not o lu were they good with communication but the delivery was spot on as well. Many comanies use bad couriers. This company have taken there time to find the one that suits their customer needs more than their own needs.

this is the only place for me :)
before I noticed this website I was using another one that I thought was just as good, but when I had a proper look at this web site, I couldn't fault it. professional looking layout and easy to use and not to mention there is a huge amount of products to browse through, you name it they got it :D to add to that the charterhouse points you earn with each order is a great way to get customers to come back knowing they can use their points and get money off their next orders, also most other sites I have used usually cost a bomb when it comes to adding P&P charges, here its not half as bad. In future I will be using this site a lot more because well its just my favourite :)

Starving fish saved
I was having difficulty finding the Tetra mini granules in my area and as some of my fish are small I could not feed them before my discus got the food first. Mini food feeds them all if I mix larger granules at feeding time. I ordered one evening and they were delivered the next post which I think is as good as it gets.

Great Service, Price, Delivery and Communications. Perfect
I ordered a TMC Pro UV from Charterhouse primarily based on price but I'm pleased to say the whole buying experience was perfect.
The delivery was very prompt using a national courier. I received both emails and texts informing me of the delivery expectations which were spot on.
I will defiantly be using Charterhouse again and recommend to my friends.

Have used Charterhouse Aquatics several times. Apart from having fast free delivery and items always seem to be in stock, they are very competitively priced. Would recommend for all you aquatic needs.

Put right a problem immediately!!!
I ordered the white Biorb 30 litre Smart Aquarium which included the Biorb Intelligent Heater and Powerpod. Delivery was really fast (I ordered it on Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday lunchtime) however on unpacking I discovered that the heater was missing. I called them several times but the office had obviously closed for the weekend - very frustrating to say the least! I then contacted them yesterday (Monday) and explained the situation, the guy I spoke to seemed very laid back about the situation but did apoligise for the mistake and promised that a replacement would be sent straight away. As promised the heater arrive this morning some 24 hours after my phonecall. Although I was really frustrated by what had happened mistakes do happen and once informed of the problem Charterhouse put things right immediately!

Trouble free
Ordered TMC V2 50 pure RO+ unit online. It arrived promptly, well packed and intact. All component parts present and in good order. Pretty good instructions, easy installation. Now producing 3ppm TDS RO water from mains supply at 256 TDS. Water production rate at least as good as advertised. Happy to recommend the product and the service

Fantastic service, brilliant prices!
Just started in the wonderful world of marine fish. Needed quite a few items and have found charterhouse aquatics the cheapest on most items. Delivery was the next day with emails/texts to update me on my delivery time slot. Parcel was packaged carefully. Found them so good that I made another order very quickly and once again delivery was next day with all my items perfect. I'm sure that I will be putting in another order very soon! Definitely recommended charterhouse aquatics.

Very reliable, great prices and very well stocked.
I have purchased several items over the last year or so from Charterhouse. Everything has been shipped the same or following day and has arrived on time (with a text message giving the delivery hour).
They have pretty much everything you could need for a marine aquarium. I haven't tried their Livestock selection but it looks good.

quite a good eperience
I just felt a little let down I sent a faulty part back for replacement they had it for a few weeks then I was told that the part was now obsolete that's it. So I asked could they send the faulty part back to me as I was struggling to balance the water level in the filter chambers. When I sent the uv lamp unit it was the ventura pipe was blocked and the uv lamp was working fine when I got it back it was in pieces when I sent it in it was well packed and it was well packed when I got it back so I don't know where it got broken I just feel let down as I purchased the tank setup from Chartrehouse Aquatics and was told we cannot get a replacement part no advice on what I could do

Chaterhouse Aquatics is my number one source for online reef related shopping. i have recently purchased Red Sea Max 130D & Live Rock & Sand in the last month.
The service has been brilliant - slightly more expensive but the next delivery and courtesy call I had to inform what date would be suitable for delivery out weighted the extra cost.
A Class service and top notch delivery, as a result even knowing they're slightly more expensive, with peace of mind, my items will be delivered.
They have themselves a new loyal customer.

New filter works perfectly and takes pride of place in the tank!
Just make sure smaller end of the attachable aeration nozzle is connected to the outlet of the filter in order to avoid syphoning the water backwards and into the airline!
I love the added UV feature, which i'm sure is an innovation first for an internal filter.
Overall, I am very happy with the product and would recommend the brand to others

Bought a double Arcadia UltraSeal Light starter. By far the cheapest when searching the net. Even cheaper than a specific auction website.
Item was ordered early morning, later that day I received an e-mail saying my item had been dispatched. WOW. quick or what.
Parcel was delivered by a friendly van man couple days after. Item was well packaged.
BONUS- I later went on to order something else and to my satisfaction, I found out you get points from each purchase to spend on your next order, so I saved some more money off an already cheaply priced item. TOP STUFF.

with a huge range and free delivery Charterhouse is a marine hobbyist's go to website.
I've spent more money than I want to think about setting up the perfect reef aquarium. Charterhouse is great because it has everything you will ever need, almost everything is in stock and is delivered for free. Delivery itself is excellent with a text from the courier the day before to make the arrangements and another one on the day to give you a one hour slot.
The site also has rewards points scheme which allows you to spend your points on future purchases. S the next time you need some salt it will be a bit less than you thought!

Good price and fast delivery
I bought a baby biorb in moonlight. It was the cheapest price I could find on the internet. I had a few question that I needed to ask charterhouse Aquatics, just so they I knew that I was buying the correct aquarium for me. Charterhouse Aquatics promptly replied giving me all the answers I needed. Once I had ordered the Baby Biorb, I received a confirmation of my order. The next day I received an e.mail saying that it had been dispatched. I was told that the courier company would notify me by txt or e.mail of the day and the hour that it would be delivered. I did not get this, so this was the only fault I could find, but this was of the courier company itself. But, as I was not in when in was being delivered, they did leave it with a trusted neighbor, so I was very happy. I couldn't wait to open my box and check that everything was inside. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. I am very happy with this company .

live rock very poor
The live rock took 5 days to arrive and now has turned brown with very high ammonia and nitrite . Its going to take ages to cycle . If it will cycle Yours Ian

Your rock was sent out on a next day service my our packing staff but unfortunately there was a delay with the couriers. We are happy to replace this rock as it will not be of our recommended standards after being out of water for that long.

Great product range and excellent customer service
Excellent service from Charterhouse.
I have an issue where a tub of salt was split when it arrived, i reported this to them and a new tub was sent out the same day!
Can't knock them for customer service!
Shame the delivery drivers treat the tubs of salt with such disrespect.
