Absolutely amazing aftersales :) Great quality sound :)

I had to review Bose after my experience today. Bose are a great company. I last year bought Bose MIE2i Earphones for my iPhone. This week the earphones had broken. The connection between the wire and the earpiece came of and the sound died. I was devastated after paying 130 euros for the earphones. I expected them to last longer. I brought them to my Bose retailer today in Dundrum, Dublin. And the guy inspected them, said that it was really unusual and gave me a brand new set of earphones and he said it shouldnt happen with these... What great customer service. I could not be happier for the service. I was expecting them to be sent of to be repaired. Great aftersales, puts my doubts away about buying bose :)

Good quality, but used to be better

I have owned several Bose radio-alarm-CD units, have one in pretty much every room, and they have always been great, reliable and offered great sound. I have recommended these units to friends and relatives. However, in the last year I have had to return two of the units I purchased due to them failing within a month of first use. One was a gift I purchased for a family member and the other was for my den. I'm not sure if it's just been an unlucky year for me - getting two defective units from a brand I've come to fully trust, or if the quality of Bose products is going downhill. When they do work, they work great though.

Best home speaker systems in the world.

While studio monitors may be considered better by some, and commercial sounds systems desired for thier power, few people have studios or concert halls in thier home, Bose speakers are designed from day one for the home enviornment and deliver clear and accurate sound quality over a huge range. I wouldn't give up my 901's for anything else!

Got my car packed with speekers from this bran and man they do sound good no matter how loud you play, would say one of the absolutly best brans there is wich would explain why they arent the cheapest out there wich is how it sould be quality cost pure and simple.

Best noise cancelling headphones

My Quiet Comfort 3 on ear headset has kept me sane on a long haul flight to NZ with chattering women and squarking kids all around. Plugged int my iPhone with my favourite music, they were comfortable, good sound quality and with the spare battery lasted 95% of the journey. I even kept them switched ON without the cable to sleep. Great product!

very poor customer service

i was flogged off by one of their assistants in the regent street store
who promised to call me the next day when he couldn't be bothered to help me with my enquiry ... needless to say he didn't call .
i have bought many bose products over the years but this experience has left me cold . i am most reluctant to buy their products again and as there is a tremendous amount of high end choice nowadays i will be able to purchase quality goods from other top brands

Headphones with AMAZING quality

While I was deployed I purchased a pair of Bose headphones and noticed that they had amazing sound quality comparable to car speakers with bass and everything, it blew my mind. I was rough with the headphones for about 2 years and finally after my dog jumped up on me, probably the 100th time, he pulled on the cord with his paw and one of the headphones stopped working. I would definitely recommend Bose for their quality of sound and rugged headphones. I used to by Sony at ($20) a pair and go through SEVERAL a year. Yes, the Bose headphones I chose were about $70-80 but I would burn through Sony headphones while working out at the gym constantly and I would inevitably spend about the same amount of money, if not more, a year. Plus you get AMAZING sound quality. I hope this review helps. Enjoy

I have a 10 year old Bose surround sound which I didi not want to part with when my new 3D TV arrived. I hadn't a clue how to connect it (neither had the people at the TV shop). I emailed Bose, they asked for Model number etc and emailed back with what I needed and a diagram how to connect.
This is without doubt one of the best companies to deal with

Nice, but . . .

They make a fairly decent product, but the price is just WAY TO HIGH. For the same price point, you really should go elsewhere and buy a custom system. Only if you are lazy or terrible at technology should you go with BOSE, but then again, you know someone who can help you, you do, right?

I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have the ear buds and I love them. I've gone through so many different buds, but these are the only ones that stay in my ear. At work or in the gym, my bose go with me.

Overpriced/Over Hyped

$300 for a set of headphones I can get from another company for $40.

Great sound...

...but bad noise cancellation. I have some headphones which cost upwards of $100 from Bose, and I am very pleased with how music sounds through them. The only issue I have is that it does not completely cancel out the surrounding noise.
