Helpful Staff & Efficient Service
I purchased a Germolene antiseptic cream on this website. I am residing in Malaysia and my partner is an English man, also residing in Malaysia. He lost his Germolene cream and I thought I may be able to order one online. He mentioned it is only available in the UK. So then I found Vivomed and surprised, right after I made an online submission of my order, Rosemary e-mailed me to assist further with my order and it is just one item only that I purchased, yet it arrived within 7-10 business days (airmailed) right at my mail box as promised. I am impressed with the customer service and the efficiency of this company! Take note, that's from UK to Malaysia!

Great customer service
I purchased some strapping tape from Vivomed. I live in Australia and they had a very competitive price. I ordered a box of 32 rolls and unfortunately I only received one roll. I spoke to someone the following day who sorted it all out. I received the missing rolls very promptly, with in a couple days of the call. I appreciate the very good service despite the original slip up.

Great Price and Prompt Delivery
On the advice of my chiropractor I had to start using a Strassburg sock. I looked locally at first then went online to compare prices. I found I could get the same product from Vivomed delivered to my door for nearly 20% less than locally. Although I prefer to support on-shore businesses I also have limited income so a saving of that magnitude could not be ignored.
The product arrived in a timely fashion considering it came from England to Australia.

Excellent services with best price
i ordered the polar FT80 heart rate monitor and in no time i received the product. The price of this product was cheapest on this website. I was little bit scared that the product will not reached INDIA before 15-20Days , but it reached at my address in 8 Days.
